Keep the records. Keep control.
See the work record, operating instructions, account ownership checks, and open items you keep after a Tech Day.
A record of the work
- The completed tasks and the test results.
- The open tasks, the reason each remains open, and the next step.
- The hours used and any banked hours.
We record a task as complete only after it passes the agreed test.
Instructions your staff can use
You receive short instructions for new setup. The instructions explain how to repeat the test. For an automatic workflow, they also explain how to stop it.
A staff member tries the result before the work closes. The Tech Day work record shows the information we retain.
Accounts stay with your business
The handoff identifies where each account lives and who controls it. Passwords do not belong in the work record.
We remove project access when the work ends. We check that your business can still access its accounts.
Later work needs a separate agreement. A Tech Day does not include an ongoing help desk or emergency recovery.
