  • Two-step sign-in and a password manager for a small team
  • New computers or printers set up
  • Backups set up and tested
  • Google Business Profile and website fixes

Tech Day

$1,100 · 8 hours

  • Email moved to your own domain (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365)
  • Point-of-sale, booking, or child-care app set up and staff trained
  • Network rebuilt with separate staff, device, and guest Wi-Fi
  • Security cleanup across the whole office
  • Staff onboarding and offboarding checklist

Hours you don't use on the day stay banked for 12 months, and you can use them remotely in 15-minute steps. Labor only: equipment and licenses are bought in your name. No trip charge within 20 miles. Business hours.

Save time with AI and automation

The repetitive parts of running a small business can mostly run themselves. We set up the tools you already pay for so the busywork happens without you.

  • Inquiries answered

A tour request, quote request, or waitlist form lands in one spreadsheet, sends the family or customer a friendly reply right away, and reminds you to follow up.

  • Email drafted for you

The AI built into Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 drafts replies to the questions you answer every week. You read it, adjust it, and send it.

  • Fewer no-shows

Booking confirmations, reminders the day before, and a review request afterward, all sent by your booking or point-of-sale app.

  • Newsletters and posts

Turn a few notes into a parent newsletter, a class update, or a week of social posts. AI writes the first draft; you keep the voice.

  • Paperwork filed itself

Receipts, invoices, and signed forms saved to the right shared folder automatically, named so you can find them at tax time.

  • New staff, ready on day one

One checklist creates the accounts, shares the right folders, and adds them to the schedule. When someone leaves, it shuts their access off.

How we handle your data: we use the business versions of these tools, under your own account, so your information stays yours. Automatic messages go live only after you've reviewed them. Children's records and payment details never go into a public AI tool. Most of these fit in a Tech Half-Day; a few connected together make a good full Tech Day.

Built for your kind of business

  • Preschools and child care

Tour and waitlist forms. Brightwheel, Procare, or Famly set up and running. Emergency contacts you can reach offline during an evacuation. Photo-consent flags. Staff files that only the director can open.

  • Studios

For dance, music, and martial arts: class booking in Jackrabbit or Pike13, online waivers, and a front-desk check-in tablet.

  • Shops and restaurants

Square, Toast, or Shopify set up with your catalog imported. Card readers on their own network. Checkout runs through the provider, so card numbers never touch your site.

What we don't do

  • Round-the-clock help desk. We answer by the next business day.
  • Security cameras, alarms, and door locks. Virginia requires a licensed security installer for those. We'll point you to one.
  • Cable runs and permanent mounting. A licensed contractor does that; we set up the network.
  • Hosting your site or reselling licenses. You hold every account; we work with delegated access.
  • Telling you an app makes you compliant with licensing rules. That stays between you and your licensing office.

Let's get you sorted.
